ABEOKUTA — As The intra party crises in Abeokuta South Local Government of All Progressive Congress turned another dimension, an exclusive information reaching Amebo Newspaper NG from a trusted source has it that The former house of assembly speaker, Hon Titilayo Oseni-Gomez, The Commissioner of chieftancy affairs Hon Afolabi Afuape, The former APC Abeokuta South, Chief Showunmi among others are set to present Omolaja Majekodunmi to party members contrary to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun's directive.
It could be recalled that Hon Omolaja Majekodunmi was said to have bribed the leaders in Abeokuta South with over Fifteen Million Naira to secure the chairmanship ticket which was disbursed by the leaders across the two groups.
Also, Iretiolu Shotayo was said to have secured his vice chairmanship ticket through back door with a whooping cash from the leaders which almost get all aspirants into dillema, we gathered that most of them has been spending for the party two years ago to get the chairmanship ticket only to see Shotayo who just joined the party having advantage over them.
