A man Mr. Austin Chike was murdered in his residence, 78 odofin Street Ogijo. The incident happened on Thursday 28th of January 2021 at around 12pm, the assassins which were reported to not be less than ten, alighted from a Toyota bus and fired gun shots in the air causing pandemonium.
An anonymous source told our reporters that the gunmen were in search of one Adegbite Adebola Oluwadara a gay activist, as they kept shouting and dragging the deceased, telling him to provide his friend.
The deceased brother Mr Jerry Chike also confirmed his brother and Adegbite Adebola Oluwadara were friends are rumored lovers. He explained his brother was murdered as a result of his and his fleeing friend involvement in gayism.
The police spoke person, Asp Bada, explained that investigation is ongoing and the pepetratirs will soon be brought to book.
