Community services should be a collective one - Lion Adeoye

Nigerian have been advised to  see community services as a collective work that we must all imbibe in the spirit of giving back to our respective community.

Lions Adeoye Adesola Adeniyi JP stated this during the official presentation and induction of members and fund raising for health center project of Tigbo Esteem Lion club, held at Mokland Hotel, Sango Ota/toll gate, Ogun State.

He explained that he is ready to take active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of the community, to promote the principles of good government  and citizenship.

Also, used the forum to provide open discussion of all matters of public interest; however, that partisan politics and sectarian religion shall not be debated by club members. And to encouraged services minded people to serve their community without personal financial reward, and to encouraged

Lion Adeoye who was inducted as a charter President 2020-2021 explained why Tigbo Esteem Lion club was form due to hardship and inability of many family in Nigeria to feed themselves during Covid-19 lockdown.

"As it is been stated in Lions prayers that every Lions  have a part in caring for the blind , also under the privileged and we always keep this in mind.

"Tigbo Esteem Lion club was humanitarian services of this grate club which cut across boards of the aged, the youth and the children. As a result of this, the board of directors and entire members of Tigbo Esteem Lion club met with one voice and agreed to call well spirited citizen that have the heart of giving and we can point to the services to humanities in the country to support the fund raising for a befitting Health Center for Tigbo Ilu and its environs."

Meanwhile, Tigbo Ilu comprises of Iyana Ilogbo,  Iyana Cele, Ijako right/left side, Abudu, Igbusi, Fagbayi, Orogun, Ilemijan, Konifewo, Ajibode, Okitikan, Araromi amongst others community.

He said, communities with millions of peoples cannot boast of one temporary health center, most find themselves at local herbs sellers (Alagbo), this has greatly affect the natality of our mother's, many have died due to lack of medical attention while a lots have been  deformed for life and nobody knows the next victims.

Appealing to all invited guest to donate generously toward achievement of this laudable #50,000,000 (50 Million heath center project). The proposed site is along Ajibode High Schools.

Lion Adeoye Adesola Olaniyi (JP) NLCF here by accept to serve Tigbo Esteem Lion Club, District 404 B1 as the charter first president for the year 2020-2021 Lions service year.


Also,Lion Oyedele Bolarinwa, first vice charter president of Tigbo Esteem Lion club, District 404 B1, said as a new club in Tigbo town and its environs, they intend to construct a befitting health care center in the community that will be used for the people living in the environment.

 In addition, he said you can only give to people around you only when you've spirit of friendship and you can only demonstrate this in love with one another. " to hold friendship as an end and not a means. To hold that true friendship exist not on account of service performed by one to another , but that true friendship demands nothing but accepts service in the spirit in which it is given".

Lion (Chief) Adeoye Adesola Olaniyi (JP) NLCF 2020-2021 Charter President, 
Lion Bolarinwa Oyedele NLCF First vice charter president, Lion Lawal Oluwole Charter Secretary, Lion Morenikeji Babatunde Charter Treasurer, and other nineteen members were inducted as a pioneer members of Tigbo Esteem Lion Club, District 404 B1, Otta Ogun State, Nigeria.

As His Royal Majesty Oba Dr Joseph Olusina Ikudaisi, Olu Of Agbegise, Oba Lateef Balogun Olu of Akimbo and Comrade Agboola Oniyide MD / CEO of Ocean Grace Big. LTD honoured with the award towards there services and passion i n serving the humanity and others.
