Gunmen numbering about ten recently invaded the house of the 80year old Pa Ogunmola Olabode at no 15, Fatogun Street, Erin-ijebu in Ogun State demanding for the whereabouts of his son in-law Mr Ogunneye Adeniyi Abdulfatai, the wife or any of his children.
It was gathered that the armed bandits were said to have stormed the old man house at around 4pm on the 5th of November, 2020 killing one Alabi Shonola and disappearing with the octogenarian for not telling them the whereabouts of his son in-law and his immediate family.
Pa Olabode was told by the gun men to get ready to bury his son in-law and his immediate family as they will soon discover their hideouts and kill them. An unconfirmed source however said, the hunted Ogunneye Adeniyi Abdulfatai and his immediate family has since left the country, they are believed to be on the run.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the state morgue while investigation is ongoing to bring the perpetrator to book and secure the release of the kidnapped octogenarian.
