Today, I was in a Virtual Meeting with the German Intervention Agency, GIZ, to discuss the Implementation Strategy for the much awaited European Union/GIZ Nigeria Competitiveness Project (NICOP), that was jointly launched by Lagos and Ogun States on the 16th of March, 2020, in Ogun State.
The Project will target the engagement of 3000 farmers and youths in Ogun State, in Tomato/Chili, Ginger, Leather and Garments Value Chains.
Later on, I honored the invitation of Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation (OGBC 2 90.5 FM), to share updates on the achievements of the Ministry of Agriculture, as part of activities marking the anniversary of one year in office of the Executive Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency, Prince (Dr) Dapo Abiodun, MFR
