Ahead of 2019 governorship election in Bayelsa State , honourable Osomkime Edwin Blankson has advised the people of Bayelsa to vote for the right candidate that will transform the state to better place for Bayelsians to live.
Speaking with the journalists in his office in Yenagoa Bayelsa State , honourable Osomkime said the people of Bayelsa have never have it so good because they failed to choose the right people to govern them .
He said Bayelsa is a young state but very backward in term of development , infrastructure and all other areas .
He lamented on the rate of insecurity that have been a major concern . According to him , he attributed reasons for the increase in insecurity that has made a lot of people to close down their business as a result of failure on the part of people in power to take care of their boys . He said insecurity situation in Bayelsa are sponsored ones because the people in power failed to manage their boys .
On senator Heineken Lokpobiri Octoba , the admin officer implored people to support him because is a leader with human face that has done a lot for the people as a senator and as a minster of Federal Republic of Nigeria . He said he has a blue print that will be unveiled soon .
On crisis rocking the ruling party , PDP the admin officer said even though there are many aspirants in PDP but they will soon break up which will give APC upper hand to govern the state .
Honourable Osomkime Edwin Blankson said senator Heineken Lokpobiri Octoba remained the choice of the party and the people of Bayelsa . He said " when you have a right candidate that is acceptable by the people with a proving track record , then he will win " he said .
It will be recalled that honourable Osomkime Edwin Blankson is the Director of Admin and Finance for senator Heineken Lokpobiri Octoba gubernatorial campaign organization.
He therefore advised the people of Bayelsa to support senator Heineken Lokpobiri Octoba to liberate them from all the problems that had befell the state.
