How Nigerian Blogger Escaped Death In His Home

A member of the National Association of Nigerian Bloggers (NANB) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Talosmart, Mr. Daniel Skenty and his friend, the CEO of J&I Supreme Construction Company, simply identied as Mr. Obiajulum, narrowly escaped death at the weekend after a ceiling fan fell on them.



They were left injured and later rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The duo were said to had returned from an official assignment when the incident occoured.

Narating their ordeal to newsmen, Mr Skenty disclosed that the incident occured at about 8pm on Saturday.

The Talosmart CEO, said, “It is part of me as I was thought by my late mother to always off my home electric supply when am leaving home.


“So, on getting back that night, I switch on the electric power supply from the switch” and went into the house with his friend.
Disclosing that the incident took place while unpacking his bag, he said, “I just heard the sound “gbeem”. Behold the Ceiling fan fell on Mr. Obiajulum, he jumped out of the location immediately and unto my couching chair.

“I was so scared. Immediately he started shouting and asking me to check if his face was not cut.

“Behold, it was just a little cut. I did not notice that the fan dropped on my leg and close to my computer until my I started feeling serious pain on my toe and finger.
“I was injured more than my C.E.O. friend.
Immediately, we rush to the nearest hospital and we were giving treatment”, he added.

While thanking God for sparing their lives, Mr. Skenty advised Nigerians to be security conscious and ensure that no electrical appliance was left on while no one was at home.
